Our steakhouse is the dream come true of our chef Simón Derivi’s long-held vision.
With the support of friends and family, and together with partner Reigo Katalsepp, that vision became a place where two things guide everything we do: respect for the customer and respect for the food.
Over time, we have brought together a team of skilled professionals with deep experience in the field.
Thanks to their commitment and the trust of our guests, Siga La Vaca has found a place in the hearts and on the tables — of people across Estonia and the Baltics.

In the Kitchen
Cooking over an open fire appeals to our senses in a way nothing else does.
The heat, the scent, the slow transformation of the meat, it all creates a depth that can’t be replicated.
That’s why we prepare everything on the open grill.
Fire brings not only flavor, but a certain energy and joy to the entire process.
